How does it work?
Upload a clear photo of your pet, tell us their name and up to three personality traits, and pick a style. Our AI paints the portrait in about 20 seconds and writes a funny legendary title and short legend to go with it. You see a free watermarked preview first and only pay if you want the print or the HD file.
Is the preview really free?
Yes. No sign-up, no card. You can create up to 5 free previews a day and try as many styles as you like within that limit.
Which photo works best?
A sharp, well-lit photo where your pet's face is clearly visible, taken at their eye level. One pet per photo. Avoid heavy filters, dark rooms and photos where your pet is far away.
Will it really look like my pet?
AI is very good but not perfect, which is exactly why the preview is free: if it doesn't look like your pet, try another photo or style before you buy. And if your printed portrait arrives and doesn't feel like them, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we'll remake it once, free (see our remake promise).
What do I get with a print?
A museum-quality print, canvas, mug or blanket of the full-resolution portrait (no watermark), shipped free. Every physical order also includes the Digital HD file (4K + phone wallpaper) at no extra cost, and you can add a free printed gold-look nameplate with your pet's legendary title.
How long does delivery take?
Each piece is printed to order in 2-5 business days, then shipped. In the US most orders arrive within about 5-9 business days in total. Order by Oct 15 for Halloween delivery (US). Details on our shipping page.
Can I send it as a gift?
Absolutely - just enter the recipient's shipping address at checkout. Anyone you share your portrait link with can also order it as a gift, or create a portrait of their own pet.
Can I make a memorial portrait?
Yes. Our Memorial collection is gentle and dignified - a soft, peaceful portrait to honor a companion who is forever loved.
What happens to my photo?
Your photo is sent to our AI partners only to create your portrait, and we delete source photos after 30 days. You can delete your photos and portraits at any time from our privacy page.
Is this made by AI?
Yes - the portraits, titles and legends are AI-generated artwork. You always see the result before you buy, and you can report any image that looks wrong.
