Shipping
Shipping is free on every order. Each piece is printed to order, then shipped with tracking.
Production
Your portrait is printed after you order: usually 2-5 business days (blankets 2-7). Our production partners print in studios in the US, EU, UK and Australia, and route each order to a studio near you where possible.

In total, most US orders arrive about 5-9 business days after ordering. These are estimates, not guarantees - carriers can be slower in peak season.
Where we ship
United States, Canada, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Austria, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Norway, Switzerland, Poland and Czechia. We can't ship physical items to other countries yet - the Digital HD file works everywhere.
Holiday deadlines
- Halloween (US): order physical items by October 15.
- Winter holidays (US): order physical items by December 9.

Tracking
We email a tracking link as soon as your order ships. You can also check its status from the link in your order confirmation.
Customs and duties
Most orders are printed in the region they ship to. For some international destinations, import duties or taxes may be charged by the destination country when the package arrives.
Address problems
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away - we can usually fix it before production starts.
